Tuesday 30th October 2012

Two people with in the sport and fitness industry have told me slightly different advice with regard to my huge legs (well the superfast rate they have gained size), I don't want them bigger so just want to maintain shape and tone. A strength and condition coach told me to stay with heavy weights, activating mainly the neural system, where as a retired NABBA judge said never go below 20 reps - so I shall do some research into both theories, however today did 300 squats DTP style.
